Fresh Admin and HR Specialist

Company is looking for a Fresh Admin and HR Specialist role in Muscat Oman.

The job is all about involving office and remote work.  Its all about managing of hr related work and responsibilities.

You responsibilities, involve around  recruitment, performance and talent management. Pertorm duties related to employee engagement, doing training, managing payroll.  Procision of other benefits and administration and maintaining records as well.

Job requirements:

Required a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, for the job.

You shoukd have excellent organizational and multitasking skills as well. Ability to work with skills and Administration in the related field for jobs in Oman.

Working with effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

You should also have Knowledge of Omani labor laws and regulations in order to work properly and accordingly.

Also having certification in HR or related field would be an extra advantage.
