Roles & Responsibilities:
The DEWA must have given the candidate permission to build the 132/11 KV substation.
You will manage civil works that are required by the project are planned, carried out, and supervised.
Responsible for assembling and acquiring supplies in accordance with requirements.
Work on effective planning and monitoring for the use of capital equipment and labour resources.
Will be creating timetables for programmes and keeping track of work progress.
Also building technical and administrative reports (progress reports, incident reports, inventory reports etc.)
Will also resolve the creation and approval of the BOQ for work carried out by subcontractors.
Whereas the method statements are created and submitted for the consultant’s approval.
From time to time reviewing and getting ready the resubmissions’ paperwork.
Manage site correspondence and document management.
You will also be cooperating with additional engineers and subcontractors
Work on Increasing material requests and increasing the amount of construction materials
interacting with clients and consultants at meetings
Qualification
You should have done Civil engineering bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Having Construction on a 132/11 kV substation has DEWA permission.
Yiu must have at least five years of experience working on substation building projects.
