Job role and Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for the tasks at front desk service which may include administering check-in and check-outs as well.
Proceeding with payment made by guest payments and overall bill management on routine basis.
Providing resolution to the issues arising at anyvpoint of time with angry guests.
You will also be providing information to the guests on various queries on transport, restaurant facilities and sightseeing locations to guests as well.
Skills Requirements:
Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, arabic language, having positive attitude toward working, and having good grooming standards as well.
You should be ready to join the job immediately as guest service agent, only then you can apply as position need to be filled immediately.
