Job details and requirements:
Relevant work experience required for the position. You need to have at least 1-3 years of experience. Required exposure in Material Flow Documentation.
You would be responsible to make sure all movement of material is documented. Will make sure that its being documented both internally and externally as per lication which is assigned gor materials.
You will also ensure external material flow documentation is recorded in the system as it comes directly as well.
Responsible for maintaining and clearance of documentation along with material loaded and unioaded on designated location whenever its done.
Coordinating with storekeeper to make sure that organizational policy is adopted as per process.
After updated records you would also validate the entries to make sure Correctly records.
Occasionally performance reviews assessment to overcome weakness and gray areas.
Looking after own safety procedures and also taking care of team mates within the same guidelines.
Candidate Requirments:
You need to have at least 13 years of working experience as data entry clerk in a FMCG work environment.
In education you need to have Diploma or above education.
Needs to be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) Should have good written and verbal communication skills as well.
Skills along with other requirements like ability to multitask effectively.
