Construction Company Job in Dubai
Company is based in Dubai, is looking for a experienced candidate for the post of Human Resource Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be Reporting to the Senior Management, and will be responsible for HR related duties such as recruitment across all locations and projects of the company. Duly Policies and Procedures, including Leaves record, Attendance, Appraisals records as well.
Overseeing organisational Structures, Labour, Accommodation, payroll processing etc. You will be based in company Dubai head office.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate should be Arab National, qualified along with minimum 15 years’ of U.A.E. experience working in any small or large sized company related to construction in the Dubai or UAE.
Yiur Resume should be with detail under each company that you have worked previously, a short explanation about the company, its size, and the typical projects they work on in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will be based in UAE and working for a medium to large Construction Company as an HRM. Experience managing HR personnel.
