HIRING CALL CENTER AGENTS IN DUBAI

INTERVIEW LOCATION:

Etisalat, Exit-60, E311, Muhaisanah two  Dubai. Interview Timing is on  Sunday 17th Oct 2021, Time from 06:00 Pm to 08:00 Pm. Work Location is Ajman. Salary offered is 4200 AED and required Education  is Higher Secondary school., Diploma or Bachelor degree.

Should have Experience of  Minimum 1 year Contact Center Experience is Mandatory for applicants. Should be aged Maximum 35 years. Hiring call center agents in dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Demonstrates high level of proficiency in the operational routines of the contact center response desk.

2. Keeps abreast of the assigned service area of the products, services, corporate protile, techno-commercial procedures etc. of the assigned service area in order to able to competentiy handle the incoming queries/service requests and complaints.

3 Review critical/key issues/concerns with the immediate supervisor and follouws up in order to resolve the issues.

4. Demonstrte politeness. ethical,  and emotional maturig in coming calls.

Will also make sure to maintain  records of calls/messages.  Should attended and submits daily-weekly report to immediate officer.

5. Supervisors for intormation and feedback complaining about any issues and complex shifts pobles, issues to the available supervisor whenever they occurred.

6. To also participates in Outbound campaigns and survey exercises by interaction with the identified Customers and mak assists in follow up.

capturing the responses, tabulating the responses as required; reviews with supervisor and Provides supervision and coaches the trainees and new recruits in the contact centre routines.

7. Provides supervision and coaches the trainees and new recruit in the contact required.

8. Undertakes full respons ibility of all equipment under his/her charge during abd after shifts.

9. Making sure to achieve the daily target given by the client for cases and emails.

10. Clear the queue of cases and emails on daily basis.

11. Assist the CSR in the information required regarding any question, query.
12. Perform any other related duties as required by company from time to time.

Essential requirements for CCA Job:

Candidates should bring passport size photo with white background. passport & visa colored copy. (candidate will not
allow to enter the interview room without the mentioned documents as above).
Make sure to comply with proper mask (covering the nose and mouth) and social distancing of 2 meters.
