Job details:
Mechanical engineering graduate to manage job flow and allocation in workshop scheduling labor for daily operations.
Checking day to day performance and training. Would also be checking customer data for satisfaction, and making sure to achieve performance levell and dealing with customers complaints.
Ensure upsell objectives achieving with correct job number and manpower and overcoming the shortfalls. Ensuring availability of tools and equipment and other materials. Maintaining a system of file record, and client inquiries.
