Company is looking for an Arabic speaking Female Administrative Secretary for its office in Dubai. Attractive salary package is offered with 4000-5000k per month.
Job Responsibilities:
You would be performing secretarial duties and would be directly reporting to the management. Responsible for typing, formatting, editing and processing reports and documents both in English and in Arabic.
Responsible for entering and maintaining database and filing documents as well. Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as administrative secretary. Having good written and verbal communication skills along with interpersonal skills. Skills in MS office and excellent command on MX Excel, MS word and PowerPoint. Greeting and assisting customers while visiting office.
Job requirements:
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
