Loking after office administrative procedures, would be Reviewing, administrative procedures than implementation. You would also need to establish work coordination and will make sure procedures are followed and deadlines of the work assigned are met accordingly.

In this role you would aslo planning and coordinating office services like accommodation, relocation, supplies of equipments, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance and security related work.

Would also assist with line management to prepare budget and budgetary control. Ppreparing periodic reports after data collecting and correspondence. Canada Jobs.

Business and Computer Knowledge

Must be pro efficient in  MS Word, MS Office; MS Outlook.
